If your service is 'free', how do you make money?
Since we are a licensed ‘travel agent’ we receive a standard travel agent commission paid by the hotels. We are a transparent group and keep no secrets, (well except from the competition).
What can you do for me that I can't do for myself anyway?
Most hotel brands aren’t going to tell you what ‘incentives’ they offer. How would you know to ask? We don’t know what goes on in your day to day operation, we leave that to you. Trust us to dig under rocks and shake the trees to find deals for your group, because that’s what we do.
What do you need from me?
Glad you asked! Just a few things; date(s)?, how many rooms? a confidential budget amount, location, and whatever else you feel like telling us. It’s pretty simple, we don’t ask for much.
Hey, do you do 'incentive trips?' My kids need some sort of motivation.
Well, this question is a first. Yes of course we do incentive trips. Mostly for corporations and associations, but who are we to judge? If you run your household like a business than, ‘heck yeah,’ let’s plan a trip.
I don't want to say we are cheap, but can you help our sports teams? Our budget is so tight, it squeaks. Moths literally fly out of our CFO's checkbook when we need something.
Yes! Bring on the money challenge. It doesn’t scare us. In fact, don’t even tell your CFO you are working with us. You’ll look like a rock star when they see the money ‘you’ save.
So really. Just between us. How much does this cost? There must be some obligation?
Nothing. Zip. Nada. Zilch. Zero. You think you can do better? Go ahead, just give us a chance. That’s not asking too much is it? We didn’t think so.
Can you get us 'rebates' if we use lot's of hotel rooms?
If you use ‘lot’s of hotel rooms’ and we can’t get what you want from the hotels, you still have us. We aren’t greedy people. (Just sayin’)
Ok, one last question. Are there other travel 'things' you can do for us?
There are so many ways in which we can help, we are here as an extension of you. If there is something we can’t do, we will tell you up front and make suggestions. We aren’t pretenders. We don’t make promises we can’t keep. Just doesn’t make good business sense.
